    Abstract: Methods are described herein for screening an antibody producing cell within a microfluidic environment. The antibody producing cell may be a B cell lymphocyte, which may be a memory B cell or a plasma cell. An antigen of interest may be brought into proximity with the antibody producing cell and binding of the antigen by an antibody produced by the antibody producing cell may be monitored. Methods of obtaining a sequencing library from an antibody producing cell are also described.

The platform can plug/unplug the custom business type library, interacts with the type library to ensure data integrity and enforce business rules, and simplifies localizations of the industrial solution. The custom type library extends the capability to define specific behavior for models and dimensions, and create and define content specific to any industry, reuse, and packaging. The custom type library inherits from a generic type library of the platform. The customized type library defines business object types and associates business rules therewith. Through a common interface, the performance management platform can iterate through the business rule chains and enforce/apply the business rules during the operations.
