  • Publication number: 20230249764
Abstract: A track assembly for a vehicle is provided. The vehicle has a suspension arm for connecting the track assembly to the vehicle. The track assembly includes a frame, a plurality of track-contacting wheels, and an endless track disposed around the track-contacting wheels. The track-contacting wheels include: a drive wheel rotationally connected to the frame and at least one idler wheel rotationally connected to the frame. The drive wheel defines a drive wheel axis about which the drive wheel is rotatable. The drive wheel is adapted for driving the endless track. The track assembly also includes a rotation limiting device for limiting rotation of the track assembly relative to the suspension arm of the vehicle. The rotation limiting device is connected to the frame of the track assembly and is configured to be connected to the suspension arm of the vehicle.

Abstract: A track assembly for a vehicle includes: a frame; a plurality of track-contacting wheels; an endless track disposed around the track-contacting wheels; a rotation limiting device for limiting rotation of the track assembly relative to a vehicle frame; a connection bracket for connecting the rotation limiting device to the frame; and a bushing assembly slidably connecting a device connecting end of the connection bracket to an elongate support of the rotation limiting device. The bushing assembly includes an inner bushing slidably mounted to the elongate support, an outer bushing affixed to the device connecting end, and a resilient element connected between the bushings. The resilient element is resiliently deformable such that: the inner bushing is rotatable relative to the outer bushing such that an inner bushing axis can be angled relative to an outer bushing axis; and the inner bushing is axially movable relative to the outer bushing.

  • Publication number: 20230060865
Abstract: A method for mounting a track assembly to a vehicle comprises: pivotally connecting a frame of the track assembly to a distal end portion of an A-arm of the vehicle for permitting rotation of the track assembly about a steering axis; inserting a fastener through a fastener aperture defined in the distal end portion of the A-arm; and fastening an anti-rotation device of the track assembly to the distal end portion of the A-arm with the fastener, the anti-rotation device being connected to the frame. A suspension and track assembly for a vehicle is also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 11577799
Abstract: A loading system for a vehicle includes a buggy for transporting cargo and a mounting assembly for loading the buggy onto the vehicle. A buggy frame has an elongated member. The mounting assembly is configured to be connected to the vehicle and has a sliding rail configured to slidingly receive the elongated member of the buggy frame to allow the buggy to slide along the sliding rail. The sliding rail has a first portion and a second portion extending at an angle relative to the first portion such that, when the mounting assembly is connected to the vehicle, the first portion extends generally horizontally and the second portion extends downwardly from the first portion. The second portion is configured to slide the buggy upwards onto the vehicle. The first portion being configured to slide the buggy generally horizontally into a loaded position on the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20210187706
Abstract: A portable drilling device or screw driving device, including: an electric motor; an autonomous or wired electric supply to the motor; an actuating trigger; a controller, which commands the motor as a function of the position of the trigger; the trigger being mobile between at least: a resting position in which the motor is at a stop; a position of total actuation in which the motor is driven by the controller according to a first predetermined rotation frequency; wherein the trigger can take a predetermined intermediate position is situated between the resting and actuating positions and the motor being driven by the controller according to a second predetermined rotation frequency. An elastic return counters movement of the trigger from the resting position towards the position of total actuation, and a first fixed magnetic attraction counters movement of the trigger between the intermediate position and the position of total actuation.
