The blank also includes a first end flap and a second end flap extending from opposing side edges of the first side panel, and a third end flap and a fourth end flap extending from opposing side edges of the second side panel, wherein the second and fourth end flaps are configured for removal with the top panel after the container is formed and the first and second separation lines are separated.
