  • Patent number: 12165375
Abstract: Image recognition and report generation is described. A camera component of a mobile device captures image frames of a physical environment. Each frame is run through an image recognition library to identify object(s) of interest. An object of interest is determined and it is an item associated with periodic maintenance. An identification of the identified object of interest is transmitted to a server. The mobile device receives information about the identified object of interest from the server that is based on a location of the mobile device, the information including a maintenance plan for the identified object of interest.

  • Publication number: 20240266785
Abstract: A connector comprises a shield, a contact and a dielectric. The shield includes a first section extending in a first direction and a second section extending from the first section at a bend angle in a second direction. The dielectric is arranged within the shield and defines a first section extending in the first direction and a second section extending from the first section at the bend angle in the second direction. The contact is wholly arranged within the dielectric and includes a connecting end adapted to connect to a cable and a mating end adapted to engage with a mating contact. The mating end extends in the first direction and the connecting end extends from the mating end at the bend angle in the second direction.

  • Publication number: 20230318234
Abstract: An angled subassembly of an angled connector includes an angled shield having a first shield section and a second shield section extending at a bend angle with respect to the first shield section, a cable disposed in the first shield section and the second shield section of the angled shield, and an inner ferrule disposed around the cable within the angled shield. The cable has a wire and a foil disposed around the wire. The inner ferrule electrically connects the foil to the angled shield.

  • Publication number: 20230110836
Abstract: A connector shield for a flat flexible cable comprises a housing defining a connector space on a first end thereof for receiving a signal cable connector, and a cable space on a second end thereof for at least partially receiving an end of the flat flexible cable. The cable space defines a width greater than that of the connector space and a height less than that of the connector space. A plurality of contact elements extend from the housing and into the cable space for electrically contacting a conductive element of the flat flexible cable.

  • Patent number: 10777936
Abstract: An electrical device includes a substrate having a plurality of signal contacts and a ground contact along a surface of the substrate. A communication cable includes a differential pair of signal conductors, a grounding element that surrounds the signal conductors, and a cable jacket surrounding the signal conductors and the grounding element. Each of the signal conductors has a wire-terminating end that is terminated to a corresponding signal contact of the substrate, the wire-terminating end projecting beyond a jacket edge of the cable jacket. A ground termination component has a main panel electrically coupled with the ground contact, and a strain relief element engaged with at least a portion of the communication cable. The strain relief element includes a connective terminal electrically coupled to the grounding element.
