Abstract: Approaches presented herein relate to the reservation and management of activity times available to perform activities, such as tee times, or other items included in an inventory, which may be bought, sold, or offered for sale. The reserved times may be electronically monitored and managed, such as in a tee time sheet including tee time details, to complete requests by users to transact the tee times. Electronic tokens may be created for each reserved time. Transactions can include listing the reserved time for sale, purchasing a listed time, submitting an offer to buy unlisted time, purchasing an unlisted tee time, and delisting a time. Additional services, such as guarantees and upselling, may be offered to a user when requesting a transaction.
