  • Patent number: 12363106
Abstract: The present technology provides for altering an authentication technique in response to a detection of a possible attack to which the authentication technique is vulnerable. An authentication provider can receive an authentication request to authenticate to a first resource, where the authentication to the first resource is permitted using a particular authentication technique, includes contextual information associated with the first access device and information identifying the first resource. Based on the contextual information, the authentication provider can determine that the authentication request is subject to an ongoing attack, and determine, an alternative authentication technique that is less vulnerable to the ongoing attack than the particular authentication technique.

  • Patent number: 12261750
Abstract: A system including one or more processors and one or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing computing instructions that, when executed on the one or more processors, perform certain acts. The acts can include receiving information corresponding to a plurality of components in an information technology environment. The acts also can include determining a relationship between a first component of the plurality of components and a second component of the plurality of components based on the information, the relationship based on overlapping information corresponding to the first component and the second component. The acts additionally can include generating a marker for the relationship based on determining a threshold level of correlation between the information corresponding to the first component and the second component. The acts additionally can include auditing the relationship between the first component and the second component to determine if the marker is to be updated.

  • Patent number: 12050770
Abstract: In some embodiments, an electronic device in communication with a display and a touch-sensitive surface displays a user interface, and while displaying the user interface, the electronic device receives touch input comprising a contact detected on the touch-sensitive surface. In some embodiments, in response to receiving the touch input, and in accordance with a determination that the touch input satisfies first criteria, wherein the first criteria include a requirement that the contact continues to be detected in a predefined region of the touch-sensitive surface for longer than a time threshold, the electronic device displays a first indication that further input of a first type detected at the touch sensitive surface will cause the device to display a first system user interface. In some embodiments, in accordance with a determination that the touch input does not satisfy the first criteria, the electronic device forgoes displaying the first indication.
