  • Publication number: 20240107156
Abstract: The Socket Camera APP is the software application that will be used to communicate and provide data and unique binary instructions to the Socket Camera hardware device. Primarily it will manifest coded data namely the instructions for the Socket Camera to convert and stitch the images it captures to be rendered for viewing in virtual reality in a VR headset. It will send direct code to the Socket Camera to enable pan, tilt and other manoeuvres by means of a VR headset system This APP will also configure coded data that will enable a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth speakers(s) (namely the Socket Camera) to pair multiple speakers by means of UHF or RF signals to achieve surround sound audio with ratios such as 2.1, 4.1, 5.1 and 7.1 or which ever ratio selected by the user.

  • Publication number: 20220252251
Abstract: The Socket Camera is a device the will provide motion detection/tracking, audio/video surveillance and recording. Outside of the house for security purposes and inside the house for monitoring children and daily activities. It will also provide an LED light source to illuminate a given area. It will interface will a personal device via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth in order to save recordings and change settings. The personal device will also control functions of the Socket Camera. The Socket Camera will be powered and electrified the same way as a common light bulb. It will be screwed into a fixture socket and locked in place with a tool at its collar so that it can not be removed without the proper tool.

  • Publication number: 20070218741
Abstract: Component module insertion and removal protection in computer systems. In one aspect, a connector assembly for a component module includes a connector that receives the component module and receives power from a power selection circuit, and a module attachment mechanism operative to secure the component module to the connector when a movable member is in an engaged position. In a disengaged position, the movable member allows the component module to be removed from the connector. When the movable member is moved from the engaged position, the state of a switch of the power selection circuit is changed, causing the power selection circuit to remove power from the connector and from at least a portion of a circuit board to which the connector is electrically coupled.

  • Publication number: 20060061339
Abstract: A multiphase voltage regulator automatically senses the temperature of components from each phase and lowers the current through hot phases while raising the current through cool phases. Dynamic adjustments of current outputs from the various phases of the multiphase regulator allows adaptability to any change in cooling characteristics of the voltage regulator. Dynamically varying outputs from phases provides a load with a constant current while preventing heat damage to system components.
