  • Patent number: 12290313
Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to dual-function medical devices with diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities, such as real-time visualization and ablation. Many embodiments may include an ergonomic handle and dual-lumen catheter configured for dual-function diagnostic and therapeutic use during a medical procedure, such as a duodenoscope. The medical device may be delivered within an endoscope working channel to provide real-time visualization (e.g., radial ultrasound imaging) and treatment (e.g., soft tissue ablation) of cancerous tissue. For instance, a first lumen may include a high-frequency linear or radial ultrasound and the second lumen may include a surgical instrument, such as an ablation tool. Some embodiments may include a controller with a feedback loop configured to adjust the therapeutic tool based on data from the diagnostic tool. For instance, the power of an ablation tool may be adjusted by the controller based on data generated by an imaging device.

  • Publication number: 20250104516
Abstract: An electronic gaming system including a memory and a processor is described. The processor is configured to cause display of a plurality of symbol positions for an electronic game and receive a first player selection of a first symbol position. The processor is also configured to reveal a first symbol at the first symbol position in response to the first player selection wherein the first symbol is associated with a first output amount and receive a second player selection of a second symbol position. The processor is also configured to, in response to the second player selection, apply a first multiplier associated with the second symbol position to the first output amount to generate a multiplied first output amount and reveal a second symbol at the second symbol position wherein the second symbol is associated with a second output amount.

  • Publication number: 20250095432
Abstract: A gaming system includes a processor and a memory storing instructions thereon wherein the instructions when executed by the processor, cause the processor to cause display of a matrix including a plurality of symbol positions and populate a first subset of the symbol positions with a first plurality of symbols for a first game instance outcome. The first game instance outcome includes a first award enhancement symbol independently positioned in a first symbol position of the plurality of active symbol positions. The processor further maintains the first plurality of symbols in the first subset for a second game instance outcome and populates a second subset of symbol positions with a second plurality of symbols for a second game instance outcome. The second game instance outcome includes the first award enhancement symbol in the first symbol position in combination with a cash-on-reel symbol from the second plurality of symbols.
