    Abstract: A sample ratio mismatch (SRM) analyzer receives data from an online controlled experiment (OCE) and provides information to help determine a root cause of an SRM. The SRM analyzer may identify one or more segments in the data that include an SRM and may determine whether a triggered scorecard of the OCE includes an SRM. The data may include one or more scorecards. The SRM analyzer may determine whether each scorecard has an SRM. The SRM analyzer may test a difference in proportion of users assigned to treatment between a last scorecard without an SRM and a first scorecard with an SRM. If the difference in proportion is statistically meaningful, the SRM analyzer may determine that the SRM arose after the last scorecard. If the difference in proportions is not statistically meaningful, the SRM analyzer may determine that the SRM existed from a beginning of the OCE.

The bismuth oxide material is formed by self-assembling lamellar structure units with the thickness of 10-80 nm. The bismuth oxide material is made into a gas sensor with high sensitivity and selectivity to ammonia gas at room temperature, which is suitable for detecting trace harmful gas in the environment. The gas sensor made of bismuth oxide does not need to be heated when in use, so that the heating step of the conventional gas sensor is omitted, and the gas sensor can be directly placed in a normal-temperature environment for operation. The method is simple, easy to operate, high in efficiency and wide in application prospect.

Fluoride, ammonia and water are added, and layered powder layered hydrotalcite-like compound and silica product are prepared through a series of reactions such as ultrasonic dispersion, which realizes the preparation of vermiculite functional products, and is applied to PVC products to improve the heat stability of PVC. The disclosure can directly prepare vermiculite base layered powder products, has the function of stripping layered vermiculite, and has the advantages of low reaction temperature and low energy consumption. In addition, the treatment agent fluoride can be recycled and reused, which is suitable for industrial production.

The disclosure constructs an OsCKX11-knocked-out vector using CRISPR/Cas9, and identifies multiple independent homozygous lines through PCR amplification and sequencing methods, and provides a mutant in which specific knockout of gene OsCKX11 of the rice leads to an increase in cytokinin levels and an increase in grain number per panicle. Based on the biological function of OsCKX11 to increase the rice grain number per panicle, methods such as gene editing, natural allele replacement, RNA interference, or molecular assisted breeding can be used to improve existing rice varieties.
