Abstract: A brimless cylindrical battery structure, comprising a combination cover with a pressure relief structure, a bottom cover, a roll core with single or multiple tabs at both ends, and a shell used as a roll core storage container, a combination cover, and a welding carrier for the bottom cover; the roll core is put into the shell; the positive tab of the roll core is connected to the combination cover, and the negative tab of the roll core is connected to the bottom cover; the combination cover forms the positive pole accordingly, and the bottom cover forms the negative pole accordingly; the combination cover and the bottom cover are sealed and installed on both sides of the shell. The invention has high consistency in appearance and size, higher safety performance and higher capacity battery to increase customer experience.

Abstract: A cover assembly and a battery are disclosed. The cover assembly is configured to cover a housing provided with an accommodating cavity in the battery and includes a top cover and an anode piece. The top cover is configured to be connected to the housing and cover the accommodating cavity, the top cover has a top surface away from the accommodating cavity, and the top surface is recessed towards the accommodating cavity to form a counterbore. The anode piece is disposed on the top cover, the counterbore is configured to accommodate the anode piece, the anode piece has an upper surface away from the accommodating cavity, and the upper surface is coplanar with the top surface; or the upper surface is closer to the accommodating cavity with respect to the top surface.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a cover assembly, and a method of processing the cover assembly, and a battery. The cover assembly is adapted to a battery having a housing provided with an accommodating cavity thereon, and includes a top cover, an insulating piece, and an anode piece. The top cover is configured to cover the accommodating cavity, the top cover includes a first connection layer having a molecular structure different from other portions thereof, the anode piece includes a second connection layer having a molecular structure different from other portions thereof, the insulating piece is stacked between the first connection layer and the second connection layer, and the insulating piece is connected to the first connection layer and the second connection layer by hot-melting.

Abstract: A pouch battery and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The pouch battery includes: a battery core; a first encapsulating part configured to partially cover the battery core; an electrolyte contained in the first encapsulating part and soaking the battery core; and a second encapsulating part configured to be integrally spliced with the first encapsulating part to encapsulate the battery core; wherein the first encapsulating part is a metal component, and the second encapsulating part is a composite film component.
