Abstract: A golf swing instructional training system is provided. The system includes a display, at least one image capturing device, a neural network, and a biomechanics assessment server. The image capturing device transmits data for use in analyzing motion of a user using the system. The neural network receives data transmitted from the image capturing device. The display is coupled to neural network and displays data received from the user and generated from the neural network. The biomechanics assessment server analyzes data transmitted from the capturing device and any input by the user. The assessment server includes at least a biomechanics rules library for use in analyzing the motion of the user based on body landmarks of the user identified by the neural network. The biomechanics rules library includes at least a golf club database, and a swing database.
