Abstract: Apparatus, system and methods for reporting event data over a network, such as reporting e.g. check-in and check-out times of a buyer's real estate agents visiting listed properties associated with a seller's real estate agent using NFC, QR tags, RFID or other suitable technology is disclosed. The present invention can also be used in reporting a worker's check-in and check-out times at a particular location, or reporting a parent's drop-off or pick-up times of a child at school or daycare. A computerized apparatus is disclosed that comprises: a processor; a user interface; a network interface in data communication with the processor; a storage device in data communication with the processor; and a software process operative to run on the processor.
