  • Publication number: 20240134885
Abstract: A computer-implemented method comprises obtaining export data representing a first classification in a first database that is to be imported into a second database, the first classification including a first set of classification markings that correspond to a first classification scheme identifier of the first database and that determine access to the first database and including a first plurality of origin classifications, each original classification of the first plurality of origin classifications including a classification scheme identifier; determining that a specific original classification of the first plurality of origin classifications has a specific classification scheme identifier matching a second classification scheme identifier of the second database; importing the specific original classification into the second database as an imported classification.

  • Patent number: 10846300
Abstract: A computer-based investigative analysis system is disclosed in which a user can share results of an investigation with other users in a way that allows the sharing user to visualize how the results will be shared before they are shared. The results are shared in the form of a visual graph having nodes, edges, and other presentation elements. The nodes represent data objects that are the subject of the investigation and the edges represent connections between the data objects. The graph is shared in the form of an automatically generated redacted graph omitting nodes, edges, and presentation elements for which the other users do not have permission to view. Before sharing the graph, the sharing user is presented with a visualization of the automatically generated redacted graph providing the user an opportunity to confirm that sharing the redacted graph will not constitute an unauthorized information leakage.

  • Publication number: 20060200806
Abstract: An apparatus, system, and method are disclosed for inserting a trace statement into a compiled class file. A trace statement may be an entry, exit, exception, or other type of trace statement. The apparatus includes a source code module, a generation module, and an insertion module. The source code module identifies compiled source code. The generation module generates an insertion code to facilitate insertion of trace statement byte code into the compiled source code. The insertion module executes the insertion code and inserts the trace statement byte code into the compiled source code. The insertion module may insert the trace statement byte code at build time or at run time. Additionally, a template may define where to insert the trace statement byte code within the compiled source code.

  • Publication number: 20060059428
Abstract: One aspect of the invention is a method for presenting relationships. An example of the method includes specifying a set of objects. This example also includes designating a root node of the set of objects. This example also includes selecting a first level object type for a first level. This example further includes, for at least one object having the first level object type, providing and associating therewith a corresponding first level container tree node connected to the root node. Additionally, this example includes adding a child container tree node at a level below the first level, wherein the child container tree node is added only if an object associated with the child container tree node is not in a path between the child container tree node and the root node.
