The outer wall is hingedly secured to the bottom and is operable to transition to a second open position providing access to the interior volume. A plurality of shelves and/or storage containers are disposed within the interior volume operable to receive and store items therein. The outer wall is formed so as to mateably align with at least a portion of the bowl so as to create a seamless appearance therewith. The rear wall of the storage compartment further includes a protruded portion operable to mate with a plumbing recess on the base of the toilet.
