  • Publication number: 20240178881
Abstract: A system and method are disclosed for power line communication (PLC) signal data body encoding using differential phase detection. In one embodiment, if a preamble section of the PLC signal is too noisy, instead of attempting to read the actual signal in a data section of the PLC signal, a differential phase detection circuit is used to detect a phase difference between two symbols in the data section, as phase detection is less susceptible to noise.

  • Patent number: 11204910
Abstract: An illustrative embodiment of a computer-implemented method for correlating artifacts between a versioned domain and an un-versioned domain, generates metadata having attributes of both of the versioned domain and the un-versioned domains, for an artifact in a set of artifacts; creates an instance using a specific version of a versioned artifact definition, wherein the instance comprises a first part directly created from the versioned artifact definition and a second part created from an un-versioned artifact definition; specifies linkages between a respective representation of the artifact in the versioned domain and the un-versioned domain; provides a set of facades through which a selected one of author, execute and update instances of the artifact is performed using either the versioned domain or the un-versioned domain; and correlates all versions of the artifact definition to a single un-versioned definition.

  • Publication number: 20190125060
Abstract: A stencil system for marking up an eyebrow area for a cosmetic procedure comprises a stencil composed of a thin, flexible, clear plastic-like film having an adhesive on its back side for adhering to a client and further featuring a plurality of imprinted reference positioning designators to use to position the stencil. The imprinted reference positioning designators correspond to at least four reference points on a client face, and the imprinted reference positioning designators align with at least three reference points on covering both sides of the client face to provide a three-point reference alignment to position the stencil onto the client face. The three-point reference alignment replicates on both sides of the face to provide for symmetrical placement of the stencil on both sides of the client face.

  • Publication number: 20180154127
Abstract: A method of using a combinational eyebrow kit to make a sharpened eyebrow structure for a person is disclosed. The method comprises creating a hair stroke by selectively implanting a pigment in a line under the skin by a three-dimensional blading device to mimic a plurality of hair structures and shading the hair structure using a tattoo applicator in a predetermined intensity to make a sharpened eyebrow structure. The combinational eyebrow kit is configured to provide a semi-permanent technique that uses the three-dimensional blading device to implant the pigments to fill out the hairless gaps in the eyebrow structure.
