    Abstract: A packet reception state monitoring unit calculates a target stored data number as a target number of audio packets stored in a memory based on the variation in the reception intervals of audio packets, and a reproduction control unit controls the audio reproduction speed in accordance with the difference between the target stored data number and a memory-stored data number. When the memory-stored data number is smaller than the target stored data number, reproduction control is performed in a low-speed reproduction mode at a lower speed than a regular reproduction speed. When the memory-stored data number is larger than the target stored data number, reproduction control is performed in a high-speed reproduction mode at a higher speed than the regular reproduction speed. A reproduction speed changing process is performed, with hysteresis being given to transitions of the difference between the memory-stored data number and the target stored data number.

    Abstract: A multi-level rectifier is presented that is suitable for use at high frequencies, including into MHz range such as in the 6.78 MHz band used for wireless power transfer. Depending on the amplitude of the input waveform, the rectifier can be operated in different modes. For lower input levels, the rectifier acts as a voltage doubler. For higher input levels, the impedance of the rectifier can be varied based on the input level. The rectifier is a synchronous rectifier with a front section and a back section, where the impedance is varied by changing the phase of the control signal of the back section relative to that of the front section.

    Abstract: A wireless mesh network is configured. Each node is configured to function as either a gateway node or a relay node. To configure itself as a gateway node, an access node selects an SSID for each of its wireless interfaces that indicates it is an access node. When a relay access node is configuring itself, it scans for the SSIDs of available networks. The SSIDs of the mesh network are selected to indicate the number of other access points between a given access node and a direct wired connection (which is zero in the case of a gateway node.) The relay access node connects to the network having an SSID that indicates the fewest number of hops between itself and a direct wired connection. The SSID that is broadcast by the relay access node indicates the number of other access points between itself and a direct wired connection.
