Abstract: An Integrated Wiring LED apparatus, which comprises a set of stabilizing winged folding tabs, as well as a set of receiving platforms forms a first and second electrical coupling means formed integrally with the supporting legs of the LED apparatus. Both the first and second electrical coupling means (i.e., the winged folding tabs, and receiving platforms, respectively) are each formed integral to each of the supporting legs 20, and hence each form a unitary structure with each supporting leg structures which connect to the LED body. This integral winged and platform structure are adapted and configured such that electrical conductive wires can be connected on the supporting legs easily and the position of the wires can be fixed firmly, which has advantages of greatly reducing the labor and material cost and manufacturing cost.

Abstract: An Intensity Scattering LED apparatus which comprises an uneven surface on the tip of the epoxy encapsulation layer of the LED to act as a scattering lens such that the light beam on the normal line, relative to the light source, is scattered and the intensity to the human eye or human body is decreased. Simultaneously, the light beams that are not on the normal line are unchanged, and moreover, the total intensity and the brightness of the LED remain unchanged. In the instant invention, no reductions in driving current or additional diffusing agents are needed to decrease the intensity and the brightness of the LED and may be structured as Pin Packaging having two or more supporting legs and/or SMD (Surface Mount Device) Packaging having no supporting leg but having two or more connecting pads.

Abstract: A multi-functional optoelectronic apparatus which comprises an integrated circuit (IC) wafer, respective optoelectronic components which has one or more Input port(s) to receive external command signals to drive the optoelectronic apparatus. Examples of some of the optoelectronic apparatus include an IOLED (Input/Output Light Emitting Diode including visible light and invisible light), IOPD (Input/Output Photo Diode), IOPT (Input/Output Photo Transistor), IOLS (Input/Output Light Sensor), IORS (Input/Output Reflective Sensor), IOPI (Input/Output Photo Interrupter) and IORM (Input/Output Receiver Module). The multi-functional optoelectronic apparatus may drive external peripheral(s) such as speakers, motors or other devices.

Abstract: A light emitting diode image projection apparatus, comprising a light emitting diode as a light source, a transparent optical grade LED body, having a pattern layer and having an exterior epoxy layer formed about said LED body. The distal end of the LED body is a substantially flat-curved surface (while not being totally flat), while the transparent encapsulating epoxy layer is a sharp-curved, convex surface. This configuration of effective lens structures provides a double encapsulation such that structurally, the effects of the light reflection and the image projection are the same as those of the LED with external plastic outside shells, but the instant invention greatly reduces cost over the former.
