  • Patent number: 10324440
Abstract: In some embodiments, a PLC system including a first CPU comprising a first media access control (MAC) communications layer and configured to generate data necessary for operation of the CPU, perform control operation based on the generated data, and transmit the generated data to a second CPU via the first MAC communications layer is included. The PLC system may further include the second CPU comprising a second MAC communications layer receiving the generated data via the first MAC communications layer and configured to perform service operation based on the received data. The first CPU may be connected to a memory in which data to be transmitted to the second CPU is stored at a predetermined location, and the second CPU may receive the data stored in the predetermined location of the memory by a direct memory access (DMA) scheme.

  • Patent number: 10248588
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a frame reception monitoring method, including: when a plurality of sub-frames constituting a frame is each entered into a reception buffer at certain time intervals, allowing the respective sub-frames to be stored on a temporal buffer; allowing the plurality of sub-frames stored on the temporal buffer to be entered into a service buffer within a predetermined inter-sub-frames time-out time; using the plurality of sub-frames entered into the service buffer to generate a combined frame; and using the combined frame to execute a control.

  • Patent number: 10044838
Abstract: In some embodiments, a method of automatically setting a protocol is performed in a protocol automatic setting server communicating with a client in a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system. The method can include receiving a request frame from a client; analyzing a protocol of the request frame based on a protocol stack and determining a response frame corresponding to the request frame according to an analysis result; and transmitting the response frame to the client. The server can automatically analyze a request frame from the client based on the protocol stack, and thus conventional protocol presetting can be eliminated.
