A first marking machine may be configured to mark reference points on an uncoated portion of an electrode lane located on at least one end of the multi-lane electrode. A second marking machine be configured to move along the width direction and mark reference points on uncoated portions of electrode lanes located between the uncoated portion of the electrode lane located at an end of the multi-lane electrode and an opposing end of the multi-lane electrode. A controller may be configured to control the first and second marking machine. A defect inspector may be configured to inspect the multi-lane electrode to obtain inspection data about defects and obtain defect coordinate data of the multi-lane electrode.
