  • Patent number: 6161878
Abstract: An external cover pipe is adapted to be fixedly fitted over a fluid transport pipe made of synthetic resin via an elastic seal. The cover pipe includes a plurality of split pipe members divided in the peripheral direction of the pipe which cooperate to compress the elastic seal in association with a fastening operation of a fastener for fastening and joining together the split pipe members disposed adjacent each other in the peripheral direction. Each split pipe member includes, in an inner peripheral face thereof, a deformation limiting face for coming into contact with an outer peripheral face of the fluid transport pipe in association with the fastening operation of the fastener so as to limit radial deformation of the fluid transport pipe. This deformation limiting face is provided at a portion in the inner peripheral face of the split pipe member located at a position axially offset toward an extreme axial end of the external cover pipe away from a portion thereof where the elastic seal is attached.

  • Patent number: 4390895
Abstract: A color image pick-up apparatus using a single planar array of solid state light-sensitive elements with a color mosaic filter. The color mosaic filter is made up of three types of elements occurring in repeating patterns which are such that luminance-type elements occur at every other element portion along both of two orthogonal direction. The signal corresponding to luminance is separated from the output signal of the solid state light-sensitive elements and delayed for one horizontal scanning period. The high frequency component of the delayed signal is extracted. The extracted high frequency component signal is added to the signal corresponding to luminance which is succeedingly produced from the solid state light-sensitive elements.

  • Patent number: 3970947
Abstract: A multi-stage differential amplifier circuit comprises a preceding stage differential amplifier and a succeeding stage differential amplifier which are direct-coupled in unbalanced configuration. A variation in the DC level at an output of the amplifier circuit due to the temperature drift of a constant current source transistor in the preceding stage differential amplifier is compensated by a bias circuit connected to the base of one of differential transistors in the succeeding stage differential amplifier. The compensation bias circuit includes a current source transistor the base of which is connected, together with the base of the current source transistor in the preceding stage differential amplifier, to a common drive voltage source.

  • Patent number: 3965371
Abstract: A temperature dependent variation of the voltage drop across a clipping pn junction device which causes the clipping voltage level of a DC restored video signal to vary is compensated by the base-to-emitter voltage variation of an emitter follower transistor having substantially the same temperature characteristic as the clipping pn junction device. A variation in the DC level of the DC restored video signal resulting from the base-to-emitter voltage variation of the emitter follower transistor is compensated by a feed back type differential amplifier whose output is fed back to one input thereof through an emitter follower transistor and a pn junction device.
