  • Patent number: 11400625
Abstract: In an injection foam molding method, a relationship between a flow front moving speed (cm/s) of a foamed resin material in an injection step of injecting the foamed resin material into a cavity and amount of gas generated per 1 g of a resin material (ml/g) is defined as follows: the amount of gas generated per 1 g of the resin material is 0.36 ml/g or more; and the flow front moving speed (cm/s) is 75×the amount of gas generated per 1 g of the resin material (ml/g)?35 or more and 12 cm/s or more.

  • Patent number: 10549699
Abstract: A container includes a bottom wall, an upper surface, and an outer end portion having an outwardly directed end surface. A side wall is provided that includes an inner surface and a lower end portion. An integral hinge is provided connecting a lower end portion of an inside wall integrally connected to an outer end portion of a bottom of the container and a lower end portion of the outside wall. The inner surface of the outside wall is offset from a downward extension of the side wall's inner surface. A lower surface of part the lower end portion of the side wall and lateral wall contacts the upper surface of the bottom wall in an up-down direction of the container. The inner surface of the outside wall contacts at least one of the outwardly directed end surfaces of the bottom wall and the outer surface of the inside wall.

  • Patent number: 5310154
Abstract: A vehicle seat-mounting structure, of which a cut-out portion is formed at an inner side of a seat frame in the transverse direction of a vehicle and extends from an edge portion of the seat frame behind a vehicle seat. In order that opposite edge portions of the cut-out portion in the transverse direction of the vehicle is fixed indirectly to an adjusting rail, a shaft is rotatably supported to a reclining lower arm so as to secure linking members to both ends of the shaft. Bracket members are rotatably supported to the linking members. The seat frame is secured to the bracket members, and the seat frame is then secured to the adjusting rails.
