  • Patent number: 7364965
Abstract: A semiconductor device having a DRAM has a capacitor in which a dielectric film and an upper electrode are laminated on a lower electrode comprising a polysilicone, in which a natural oxide film oxidized by oxygen in the atmosphere grows to at least 1.5 nm on the surface of a lower electrode of the capacitor. Further, in forming the dielectric film, the dioxide film further grows in the case of using an oxidative raw material. This brings forth a reduction in capacitance, and an increase of a leakage current is caused. Therefore, after a dielectric film having a reduction property has been formed, the reduction property is promoted by a heat treatment to thereby reduce a dioxide film and realize making the dioxide film on the lower electrode surface thinner.

  • Patent number: 6179607
Abstract: A two-platen mold-clamping apparatus is provided, which requires neither tie bars nor rear platen, and is thus comprised of a reduced number of components, is easy to maintain, and is low-priced. A plurality of ball nuts are mounted on a movable platen so as to be rotatable but axially immovable relative to the movable platen. The movable platen mounted for reciprocal motion relative to a stationary platen. A respective ball screw is threadedly engaged with each of the ball nuts and each balls screw has an end portion that is fixed to the stationary platen. A motor rotates the ball nuts by means of sprockets and a chain so that the ball nuts and the movable platen are moved toward the stationary platen. The ball screws are moved longitudinally relative to the movable platen so as to generate a mold-clamping force after a mold-touch state has been reached.

  • Patent number: 4998155
Abstract: A radiation-hardened semiconductor device including a bipolar transistor is disclosed in which a highly-doped layer equal in conductivity type to and larger in impurity concentration than the base region of the transistor is formed in that portion of the surface of the base region which exists beneath an insulating film, to prevent minority carriers injected into the base region, from reaching the above-mentioned surface portion. Thus, the injected minority carriers can reach a collector region without being extinguished by the recombination at the surface of the base region.

  • Patent number: 4950144
Abstract: A nozzle touch apparatus in an injection molding machine is provided, which is capable of preventing deformation of a stationary mold half due to a nozzle touch force applied thereto, and of making it possible to use a mold of a type liable to be deformed for production of precise molding products. Springs interposed between a seat plate of the nozzle touch apparatus and a projecting wall of an extruder base generate the nozzle touch force which varies in magnitude as a function of a compressed amount of the springs. Upon a mold lockup state being released, a ball screw is rotatively driven, so that the seat plate, which is integral with a ball nut engaged with the ball screw, retreats from its moved position at the mold lockup state, to reduce the nozzle touch force and prevent deformation of the mold.

  • Patent number: 4938682
Abstract: A mold clamping apparatus of an injection molding machine is provided, which is capable of uniformly applying a pressing force to a movable platen. A pair of annular wedge type connection members (21, 22) are disposed within annular hollow portions (16a) of driving pulleys (16), which are respectively fitted on ball screws (14, 15) threadedly engaged with heads of upper and lower toggle sections disposed symmetrically with respect to an axis of the mold clamping apparatus. To make an adjustment for eliminating mismatch between operational phases of the toggle sections of the toggle mechanism due to flexure of the same mechanism, an urged contact state of the connection member is released by loosening bolts (23), and the ball screws, rendered to be rotatable relative to the driving pulleys, are manually rotated so that the heads are aligned with each other. After completion of the adjustment, the driving pulleys are again rendered rotatable in unison with the ball screws.

  • Patent number: 4229683
Abstract: A movement controlling device for the movement of a movable member such as a table in a machine tool which is capable of doing a rapid feeding, a normal feeding for cutting, and a rapid returning. The movable member is driven by a fluid pressure cylinder and engaged, at a predetermined position in the forward movement stroke, with a rack which is linked to a motor by way of the gearing mechanism including a worm and a worm-wheel. The motor is so driven, due to a signal from a sensor for sensing the engagement between the rack and the movable member, as to shift the rack at the speed of cutting feed in the same direction as that of the forward movement of the movable member, and the movable member which is driven by the fluid pressure cylinder is also shifted in response to the shift of the rack.
