The lock mechanism is configured to lock the first and second housing parts together with one another, and comprises: a cradle (30), the cradle housing at least one lock arm (20); an aperture (80) through the first housing part and leading into the cradle; a rotatable guiding part (40) located within the aperture and the cradle; a key (70) that cooperates with the rotatable guiding part; and a mating part of the second housing part, the mating part configured to engage with an end (21) of each lock arm to lock the first and second housing parts together, and wherein the key is rotatable to rotate the rotatable guiding part within the aperture and actuate each lock arm to disengage from the mating part, unlocking the first and second housing parts from one another.

The blade comprises at least a base section and a cutting section, the blade being formed from a plastic material which comprises reinforcement fibers. Abstract: The invention concerns a folded paper dispenser comprising a housing surrounding a paper magazine for a stack of a continuous folded paper web and provided with an outlet opening for dispensing a length of paper from said paper web and a cutting element mounted in connection with said outlet opening. The invention is characterized in that the paper web to be dispensed is led from the bottom of the stack to the outlet opening positioned at the bottom of the housing. The dispenser is preferably provided with a manually or electrically operable portioning mechanism possibly comprising a cutting drum.

Abstract: The present invention concerns a paper dispenser comprising a housing holding at least one paper supply and a dispensing mechanism within said housing, the dispensing mechanism having a rotatable dispensing drum. The dispenser further comprises a turn knob coupled with the dispensing drum, the turn knob having an inner hub, and a wrap-spring clutch wrapped around the inner hub. The wrap-spring clutch has a first arias extending from it and being attached to a stationary point for causing the wrap-spring clutch to slightly unwind when the turn knob is rotated in the first direction. Characteristically of the invention, the wrap-spring clutch comprises a second arm extending from it, while a stopper is located in the second arm's rotational travel path in a second rotation direction for enabling the turn knob to be rotated in the second direction against a limited braking force.

The dispenser includes an electrically driven machinery for feeding the paper for displaying a sheet length after the previous length is torn off against a blade at the display opening of the dispenser. Devices are included to command the paper feeding machinery. The devices for commanding the paper feeding machinery include a vibration sensor connected to the blade and generating an electrical signal requesting a further sheet length from the paper feeding machinery.

The roll comprises a hollow core around which sheet material is wound, and a first and second end cap placed at each end of the core. The first end cap has a part of the end cap extending inside the core and a part that extends outwardly from an end surface. The outwardly extending part comprises a pin and at least a first annular part at least partly surrounding the pin. The invention further relates to a dispensing system for dispensing sheet material from a roll comprising an end cap at each end. The system comprises a dispenser and at least one roll of sheet material. The dispenser has opposing sides each having a guide that co-operate with the end caps.
