The air mattress is inflatable and deflatable and is adjusted by adjusting air pressure. The mattress has a rectangular cavity reaching through the mattress, allowing the pregnant torso to bathe in the water when used as a raft. The cavity is elongated to receive the breasts of the user in a prone position. Removably attached side bolsters are mounted on each side of the rectangular cavity by engaging hook and loop material (Velcro) strips and may be adjusted in air pressure for needed support throughout the pregnancy.
