Patent number: 11478764Abstract: An agitator may include one or more members adjustable between an expanded configuration and a compressed configuration. When the one or more members are in the expanded configuration, the agitator in a first set of two orthogonal dimensions is larger than an opening having a predetermined size. When the one or more members are in the compressed configuration, the agitator in a second set of two orthogonal dimensions is smaller than the opening having the predetermined size. The one or more members are biased to the expanded configuration in absence of external force applied to the one or more members. In use, the agitator may be inserted into a container through a neck of the container in the compressed configuration. The agitator may expand within the container so that the container does not fit through the neck of the container.Type: GrantFiled: March 29, 2019Date of Patent: October 25, 2022Assignee: Runway Blue, LLCInventors: Steven M. Sorensen, Kim L. Sorensen, Jim Allen Colby, David O. Meyers, John R. Omdahl, II, Joseph O. Jacobsen, Kurt Lewis Jensen, Derek John Shelley, Dennis Legrand Olsen

Patent number: 11034457Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method for determining if icing has occurred on a surface of an aircraft, the method comprising: heating a surface of an air craft, after the heating has stopped, measuring the temperature of the surface as it cools, and determining if icing has occurred on the surface in dependence on the measured temperature. Advantageously, embodiments provide improved techniques for the detection of icing and the prevention, or mitigation, of icing when it has formed. Embodiments are particularly advantageous when implemented on small UAVs in civilian applications for which autonomous and energy efficient operation is particularly important.Type: GrantFiled: August 22, 2017Date of Patent: June 15, 2021Assignee: UBIQ AEROSPACE ASInventors: Kasper T. Publication number: 20200178713Abstract: The present invention is directed to a stackable container system. The stackable container system can comprise a beverage container, a beverage container lid, a plurality of smaller containers, and a plurality of smaller container lids. The smaller containers and smaller container lids are configured to allow any of the smaller container lids to be used on any of the smaller containers. The bottom of the beverage container and the bottom of each smaller container is also configured to allow the beverage container or smaller container to be interlocked with the top of any of the smaller container lids. In addition to storing beverage ingredients, the stackable container system can also be used to store other edible and inedible ingredients.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 14, 2020Publication date: June 11, 2020Inventors: Steven M. SORENSEN, Kim L. SORENSEN, David O. MEYERS

Patent number: 10368697Abstract: An egg cracker may include a platform with a generally planar upper surface and a protrusion may extend upwardly from the generally planar upper surface of the platform to form an egg cracking structure. The platform may be connected to an annular support ring and connecting members may connect the platform and the annular support ring. The annular support ring may be sized and configured to be disposed within an upper portion of a container and, when a lid is attached to the container, the egg cracker may be enclosed by the container and lid.Type: GrantFiled: July 10, 2015Date of Patent: August 6, 2019Assignee: Runway Blue, LLCInventors: Steven M.
