Abstract: A seat back attachment for airline seats and the like, having a thin essentially rigid suspension card which slips between the seat back tray table and the back of the seat, and is sandwiched securely between said table and seat back when the tray table is secured in the upright storage position. The card is attached to a shelf or container dimensioned to be convenient to the use of a passenger. A seat back compensation structure adjusts the shelf or container to maintain a roughly horizontal plane should the at back be reclined or raised.
