Abstract: A method includes providing a first substrate having a first surface and a second substrate having a second surface, where the first surface and the second surface each include a silicon-based dielectric layer, applying hydrogen plasma to form hydrogen-terminated groups on the silicon-based dielectric layer, applying oxygen plasma to oxidize the silicon-based dielectric layer including the hydrogen-terminated groups, applying nitrogen plasma to the oxidized silicon-based dielectric layer, thereby forming a treated silicon-based dielectric layer, rinsing the treated silicon-based dielectric layer, and coupling the first substrate to the second substrate by physically contacting the rinsed and treated silicon-based dielectric layer on the first surface with the rinsed and treated silicon-based dielectric layer on the second surface.

Abstract: An adapter for connecting between an output head of an impact rotary tool and a tool bit includes a body, which has a first end wall, a second end wall opposite to the first end wall, a square hole axially extending from the first end wall toward the second end wall for coupling to the output head of the impact rotary tool, and a hexagonal hole axially extending from the second end wall toward the first end wall in alignment with the square hole for holding the tool bit, and a magnet mounted inside the body adjacent to the hexagonal hole for securing the tool bit in the hexagonal hole by magnetic attraction.

Abstract: A power hand tool includes a housing, a chuck mounted in one end of the housing for holding a tool bit, a driving device mounted in the housing and coupled to the chuck for rotating the tool bit, and a light projector mounted in the housing for projecting a plane of light toward the extending direction of the tool bit to form a line of light on a working surface to be processed by the power hand tool.
