  • Publication number: 20230329904
Abstract: A catheter includes a bifurcated shaft body and a tip coupled to the bifurcated shaft body. The tip is configured to dissect a portion of a tissue in a controlled navigation for targeted delivery of a payload to an area of or within the tissue. • Publication number: 20220400652
Abstract: A hand operated pet grooming and massage tool that transitions between a grooming tool and a massaging tool based on the flex state of the hand operating the tool is disclosed herein. An example grooming tool includes a body, wing members, and a blade holder. The body is made of a deformable material configured to deform between a first position and a second position. The wing members are each connected to opposite sides of the body. The body defines a first distance between in wing members in the first position and a second, shorter distance in the second position. The blade holder is connected to the body and is configured to affix to a grooming blade. When installed, the blade is positioned to groom when the body is in the first position and is not in a position to groom when the body is in the second position.

  • Publication number: 20210236322
Abstract: The present application is directed to a method and system for restraining a patient before, during, or after surgery that increases efficiency of the surgical setup process and minimizes risk of musculoskeletal damage to the patient, particularly in surgeries requiring a patient to be in a Trendelenburg position (e.g., robotic or laparoscopic surgeries). One or more restraints can be worn by a patient prior to surgery', and may function to redistribute the patients weight across the patients torso to reduce strain on the patients shoulders and back. The restraint(s) can be attached to a surgical table by way of an attachment mechanism coupled to the restraint(s) and the table. The attachment mechanism can secure the patient to the table by way of one or more straps, clips, and/or other intermediates. Optionally, the restraint(s) can fulfill other surgical needs, such as heat regulation and vascular compression.

  • Patent number: 9999838
Abstract: A portable childrens' water slide apparatus having a water slide with an elongate plastic sheet extending horizontally along the ground between entry and exit ends and, a water chamber extending along one edge of the sheet with an inlet and outlet jets for spraying water over the sheet. A delayed return, flow control valve coupled between the chamber and a water hose has a valve actuating member with a horizontal, step-on panel movable between an upper, throttling position and a depressed, unthrottling position when stepped on before entering the slide. A spring biases the panel upwards. A valve body has a flow control member linked to the panel for movement to an unthrottling position by depression by a child stepping thereon, permitting a maximum water flow to the slide during sliding; and a device delays return of the flow control member to the throttling position after stepping off the panel.
