  • Publication number: 20230290722
Abstract: An integrated circuit (IC) includes a first memory cell and a second memory cell. The first memory cell includes (i) a first transistor and (ii) a first capacitor coupled to the first transistor, where an upper electrode of the first capacitor is coupled to a first conductive structure. The second memory cell is above the first memory cell. The second memory cell includes (i) a second transistor and (ii) a second capacitor coupled to the second transistor. An upper electrode of the second capacitor is coupled to a second conductive structure. In an example, an interconnect feature includes a continuous and monolithic body of conductive material. In an example, the continuous and monolithic body extends through the second conductive structure, and further extends through the first conductive structure. In an example, the first and second memory cells are dynamic random access memory (DRAM) memory cells.

  • Publication number: 20230207491
Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods are described related to providing nonlinear lithographic seams, such as rectilinear lithographic seams, between adjacent fields of an integrated circuit die. Such nonlinear lithographic seams include lithographic enabling structures formed in co-planar layers with respect to functional structures in functional units of the fields of the integrated circuit die. Providing nonlinear lithographic seams improves layout efficiency of the functional units of the integrated circuit die.

  • Publication number: 20220415897
Abstract: A device structure includes a first interconnect line along a longitudinal direction and a second interconnect line parallel to the first interconnect line, where the first interconnect structure is within a first metallization level and the second interconnect line is within a second metallization level. A first transistor and a laterally separated second transistor are on a same plane above the second interconnect line, where a gate of the first transistor is coupled to the first interconnect line and a gate of the second transistor is coupled to the second interconnect line. A first capacitor is coupled to a first terminal of the first transistor and a second capacitor is coupled to a first terminal of the second transistor. A third interconnect line couples a second terminal of the first transistor with a second terminal of the second transistor.

  • Publication number: 20200095497
Abstract: Treating fluid compositions for use in hydrocarbon recovery operations from subterranean formations are described, as well as methods for their preparation and use. In particular, treating fluid compositions are described which comprise a liquid, a crosslinkable organic polymer material that is at least partially soluble in the liquid, a crosslinking agent that is capable of increasing the viscosity of the treating fluid by crosslinking the organic polymer material in the liquid, and a crosslinking modifier additive which can delay or accelerate the crosslinking of the treating fluid composition. Such compositions may be used in a variety of hydrocarbon recovery operations including fracturing operations, drilling operations, gravel packing operations, water control operations, and the like.

  • Publication number: 20180215994
Abstract: Disclosed are treating fluid compositions for use in subterranean workover and hydrocarbon recovery operations, as well as methods of treating subterranean formations penetrated by a wellbore utilizing the treating fluid. The treating fluid compositions contain a first, aqueous liquid, and a crosslinkable organic polymer that is at least partly soluble in the liquid. The treating fluid further contains a borate crosslinking agent solution containing a primary, un-refined borate and a secondary, refined borate, the borate solution being present as a crosslinking agent upon addition to the first fluid admixture so as to crosslink the organic polymer and increase the viscosity and/or accelerate the crosslink time of the treating fluid.
