Abstract: A system is provided that can provide a virtual assistant that can receive inputs from a user and can provide responses to the user. The system can perform natural language processing on the inputs to process the inputs into inputs that are comprehendible by the virtual assistant. Additionally, the system can determine the live agent that can be best suited to assist the user based on the processed inputs. The system can connect the user and the live agent. The virtual assistant can facilitate the connection by providing information to the user and to the live agent.

Abstract: A sensory stimulation device is provided for infants capable of communicating wirelessly with a wireless communication device. The sensory stimulation device includes a mobile unit having a housing having an array of lights, at least one speaker, and a control unit for selectively operating the array of lights and the speaker. The sensory stimulation device includes a support arm having a first end and an opposite free end. The free end removably attaches to the mobile unit and the first end removable attaches to a crib rail such that the mobile unit hangs over the crib. The control unit uses wireless communication technology to obtain a wireless signal from the wireless communication device to selectively illuminate the array of lights and to output sound through the speaker.

Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for reducing discoloration of topical compositions containing a hydrophilic benzimidazole type UVB filter substance, comprising preparing a topical composition comprising a hydrophilic benzimidazole type UVB filter substance, pentasodium(ethylenediamine)-tetramethylenephosphonate and a cosmetically acceptable carrier.

Abstract: Providing a product-based coupon account. Specifically, the invention provides systems and methods for providing consumers with a coupon account for receiving an incentive or discount for purchasing a particular product. The consumer is issued a coupon account or coupon card that can be used at a merchant to receive the incentive at the time of purchase of the particular product. The coupon card is scanned at the merchant point of sale and information associated with the transaction including product-level information (e.g., SKU or UPC) and information associated with the coupon card is communicated to a authorization computing system for approval based on this information. The coupon card can be issued for one-time use or can receive updated incentives periodically.

Abstract: In accordance with one aspect of the present invention, a method for increasing customer business value through increased usage and adoption of information worker products is provided. The method includes envisioning a need of a customer, discovering a solution to address the need through the increased usage and adoption of an information worker product and realizing the solution with the customer. In addition, the method may also include tracking a business value change of the realized solution.

Abstract: A parking manager manages calls to be parked and parking resources on one or more parking platforms, and can be used in a system that combines the functionalities of call parking and intelligent call routing. The parking manager provides management of parking resources and complete control of the call throughout the entire duration of the call. The parking manager makes a common pool of parking resources available to all customers, and thus increases the availability of parking resources at call center ACDs and other customer premise equipment.
