  • Patent number: 4824336
Abstract: A vacuum pump comprises a slide shaft having one end provided with a discharging valve and a diaphragm, a cam plate in press-contact with the other end of the slide shaft to cause reciprocating movement of the slide shaft, a shaft of a motor for rotating the cam plate and a bearing casing for holding a bearing which supports the motor shaft in a freely rotatable manner, wherein the cam plate is provided at its one side surface with a recess for receiving the bearing and provided at its other side surface with a cam surface.

  • Patent number: 4728266
Abstract: A motor drive vacuum pump comprises a motor provided with a rotor, a stator and a housing holding the rotor and the stator therein, a vacuum pump which is attached on the side surface of the motor housing and is driven by the motor to forcibly feed air from an intake port to a discharge port to thereby generate vacuum, a discharging passage means comprising a discharging hole for introducing the air to be discharged through the discharge port of the vacuum pump into the motor interior and a through hole formed in a part of the housing to discharge the air introduced into the motor interior to the atmosphere, and a discharge valve provided in a part of the discharging passage means.

  • Patent number: 4560326
Abstract: A diaphragm type pump device comprising a casing having a cover in which an inlet valve is installed, a diaphragm dividing the interior of the casing into a suction chamber and a discharge chamber, a movable plate attached with the diaphragm and having a discharge valve, and a slide shaft for causing said diaphragm to reciprocatingly move through the movable plate, wherein a rubber sheet is provided to be closely in contact with the diaphragm integrally attached to the movable plate when the movable plate reaches the upper dead point so that fluid does not remain in a space formed between the diaphragm and the rubber sheet.

  • Patent number: 4518333
Abstract: A blade for a pump means of the type comprising a rotor rotatably supported within a housing with its center line being eccentrically disposed with respect thereto and a number of blades each shiftably received in respective radial slots formed in the rotor is disclosed. The base body of the blade is constituted from a solid lubricating material such as graphite and only its axial end surfaces are covered by layers of a synthetic resin which has excellent wear resistance, excellent heat resistance, and a low coefficient of friction.
