    Abstract: A buckle comprises a pair of push buttons 16 slidably mounted between side walls 4 of a surface cover 2, a spring 19 for outwardly urging the push button, a lock pin 26 mounted on a lower plate 10 and provided to be engaged with a hook of the push button, a lock cover 30 rotatably connected to a connecting pin 14 provided at an end of the lower plate so as to be positioned above the surface cover, and an engaging hole 32 formed in a side wall of the lock cover. An engaging projection 22 of the push button is engaged with the engaging hole so as to lock the lock cover at the closed position.
