    Abstract: In a mattress, a first wadding having numerous gaps therein is provided on one surface of a central core. Body heat of a user on the mattress and sweat emitted from him/her are given off into an inner space of the core through the gaps and are thereafter exhausted from peripheral portions of the mattress. Thus, the user may sleep comfortably in the hot season.
