Publication number: 20220322615Abstract: A greenhouse has a daylighting member supported by a frame. The daylighting member partitions a growing space for agricultural products from an outside world, and emits light, which has entered from a light incident surface on one side, from a light emitting surface on the other side. The daylighting member has a transparent substrate layer and a transparent light emitting layer provided closer to a light emitting surface side than the substrate layer. The light emitting layer has a refractive index of 1.54 or less, water absorbability, and an equilibrium moisture content of 10% or greater at 25° C. and a relative humidity of 80%.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 22, 2022Publication date: October 13, 2022Applicant: FUJIFILM CorporationInventors: Kimito WASHIYA, Shogo KATANO, Yusuke FUJIHARA

Publication number: 20190135533Abstract: A packaging material for fruits and vegetables contains cellulose acylate having an acyl group. The cellulose acylate is cellulose acylate in which the hydroxy group of cellulose is esterified with a carboxylic acid, and has an acyl group. In the cellulose acylate of the packaging material for fruits and vegetable, an acyl group substitution degree, which is a rate of esterification of the hydroxy group of cellulose with a carboxylic acid, is within a range of from 2.00 to 2.97.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 27, 2018Publication date: May 9, 2019Applicant: FUJIFILM CorporationInventors: Akihiro IKEYAMA, Kimito WASHIYA

Patent number: 7763109Abstract: A cellulose acylate film producing method of producing cellulose acylate film by casting dope containing cellulose acylate and solvent is provided. The cellulose acylate film producing method includes adding a magnesium salt to the dope to satisfy a condition of a value of M2/M1 being equal to or more than 1×10?6 and equal to or less than 1×10?3, where M1 is a weight of the cellulose acylate, and M2 is a weight of magnesium in the magnesium salt. If the dope contains a calcium ion, the magnesium salt suppresses creation of insoluble precipitate of a calcium salt of a fatty acid from a fatty acid ion in the dope. Preferably, the magnesium salt is magnesium sulfate. A value of M3/M2 is equal to or more than 1×10?3 and equal to or less than 10, where M3 is a weight of calcium contained in the dope.Type: GrantFiled: August 16, 2007Date of Patent: July 27, 2010Assignee: FUJIFILM CorporationInventor: Kimito Washiya

Publication number: 20080237928Abstract: A casting dope is cast onto a casting belt to form a casting film, and then the casting film is peeled as a wet film from the casting belt. The wet film is guided through a transfer area toward a tenter drying device. In the tenter drying device, a tenter performs sequentially the drying, the stretching and the relaxation of the wet film during transporting the wet film. On the wet film, a bowing phenomena occurs by the relaxation to generate a first disorientation of an optical axis, and therefore the orientation of slow axed becomes not uniform. The stretching provide a second disorientation of the optical axis so as to cancel the first disorientation. Thus in the obtained film, the nonuniformity of the orientation of the slow axes is reduced.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 28, 2008Publication date: October 2, 2008Applicant: FUJIFILM CorporationInventors: Kimito Washiya, Tomoaki Nagahara

Publication number: 20080200667Abstract: Cellulose with a calcium (Ca) content of at most 10 ppm is used as a raw material of cellulose acylate. The cellulose acylate is synthesized by esterification of cellulose with carboxylic acid such as acetic acid. A dope containing the cellulose acylate and a solvent is continuously cast onto a belt, which is a support, to form a casting film. The casting film is peeled off from the belt as a film, and then the film is dried.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 20, 2008Publication date: August 21, 2008Applicant: FUJIFILM CorporationInventors: Tomoaki Nagahara, Kimito Washiya
