Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, determining a user score associated with a first user utilizing a machine learning (ML) software application implementing a first ML model, receiving a request for an amount of computing resources from a computing device associated with the first user, and determining the amount of computing resources based on a plurality of properties including the user score accessed from a graph database utilizing a second ML model. Further embodiments include identifying allocated computing resources associated with a first virtual machine based on the amount of computing resources utilizing a linear programming software application and providing access to the allocated computing resources to the first user via the computing device.
