Abstract: A hair styling device includes an upper gripping portion, a lower gripping portion, a hinge structure connecting the upper gripping portion and the lower gripping portion, an upper clamping head connected to the upper gripping portion and a lower clamping head connected to the lower gripping portion. The upper clamping head includes an upper clamping surface and a top, The lower clamping head includes a lower clamping surface and a bottom. The lower clamping surface and the upper clamping surface are arranged to be paired together when the hair styling device is in a closed position. The upper clamping surface has an upper twisted deflection angle with respect to the upper gripping portion. The lower clamping surface has a lower twisted deflection angle with respect to the lower gripping portion. The upper twisted deflection angle is equal to the lower twisted deflection angle.

A lower clamping surface is provided on the lower clamping head. The upper clamping surface has an upper twisted deflection angle with respect to the upper gripping portion. The lower clamping surface has a lower twisted deflection angle with respect to the lower gripping portion. The upper twisted deflection angle equal to the lower twisted deflection angle. A hairstyle with an inclined angle and a twisted shape can be realized without rotation of a user's hand, and the hairstyle can be completed without major changes to perm action.

Abstract: A chiller for an electric hair curler is frozen in a refrigerator to generate a cooling source for an electric hair curler, and the chiller contains: a heat dissipating container for accommodating a cooling material, the heat dissipating container has a removable fixer which is removed from the heat dissipating container and then is mounted on the electric hair curler. The heat dissipating container includes a hollow column, two closing caps covered on two ends of the hollow column, a gasket defined between each end of the hollow column and each closing cap. The cooling material is any one of frozen liquid, water, powders, metal blocks, ceramic blocks, and stones.

Abstract: A first jaw is fixed to the handle of the iron, with a second heated jaw and clamp connected by a pivot to the first jaw. Complementary flat surfaces on the first and second jaws allow hair to be straightened therebetween and complementary curved faces on the clamp and second jaw provide for hair held therebetween to be waved. Both jaws and the clamp have apertures in which a latch is received. The latch is moveable substantially parallel to the transverse axis of the pivot between a first position for connecting the second jaw and the clamp together for pivoting relative to the first jaw and a second position, for connecting the first and second jaws together, while permitting relative pivoting of the clamp.

A second portion is attached to the first portion in heat exchange relationship with it and is reconfigurable with respect to the first portion so as to alter the overall length of the hair curler. There are intermeshing elongate fingers that slide upon one another as the curler is reconfigured.
