Abstract: A device for shielding at least part of a limb from the view of a wearer of the device. The shielding device may include a shield with a first configuration in which it is substantially planar and a second configuration in which it has a three-dimensional shape. The shield may include one or more hinge lines, enabling it to be converted from the first configuration to the second configuration. The device also may include an attachment portion with one or more elongate members to attach around a limb of a wearer in use. An edge portion of the shield may include an outer edge opposite the hinge line that is at least partially divided into independently moveable sections such that the edge portion can be flexed to help convert the shield into a three-dimensional configuration.
