    Abstract: A dual-drive hub device is mounted on a rear wheel of a bicycle and has a hub, a main shaft mounted through the hub, and two rear pedals connected to the main shaft. At least one one-way bearing is tightly fitted between the hub and the main shaft. A rear transmission wheel of a transmission system of the bicycle is mounted around the hub. When two front pedals of the bicycle are pedaled, the hub and the rear wheel rotate accordingly. When the rear pedals are pedaled, the main shaft, the hub and the rear wheel rotate accordingly. Thus, a rider and a passenger can pedal the front pedals and the rear pedals simultaneously and enjoy ease of bicycle pooling.

    Abstract: A bearing assembly for a steering apparatus of a bicycle has a bearing with a frame race, a fork race and multiple ball bearings mounted between the frame and fork races, a buffer ring and an end cap. The buffer ring has a buffer segment abutting an outer face of the fork race. The end cap has an inner face abutting an outer face of the buffer section. The buffer segment is resilient, so can effectively absorb vibrations in the bearing, the end cap and the shank and is mounted compressed to ensure the buffer presses against the end cap, the bearing and the shank. Thus, the steering apparatus is easily assembled and operates smoothly.

    Abstract: A rear hub assembly for a bicycle has a hub with two flanges. A recess is defined in one of the flanges. Two bearings are installed in the hub. A sleeve is fastened between and coaxial with the bearings by two collars. A hub spline has a ratchet engaged in the recess of the hub. An axle extends through the hub spline and the hub. The axle has a first cover provided at a first end of the axle. A first ring recess is defined at a second end of the axle. A second cover is secured on the second end of the axle. An O-ring is provided in the second cover and positioned in the ring recess. Whereby, the hub, hub spline, and axle can be easily and quickly assembled together without a tool.
