A camera (24) is provided within the housing (12) and a tail light (26) is provided within the housing (12) such that when the housing (12) is secured to the seat post (14), the tail light (26) provides illumination directed rearwardly of the bicycle (15) and the camera (24) is directed rearwardly of the bicycle (15) to capture images.
