    Abstract: A method of collecting information in a product distribution system is disclosed. In this system, users purchase products from a manufacturer via distributors. The method includes the step of transmitting distributor identification information of the distributors, through which users purchased products, to an information collector via terminal devices, such as cellular phones. The user transmits the distributor identification information. The method fewer includes the step of identifying the distributors based upon the distributor identification information transmitted by the users. The information collector identifies the distributors.
