  • Patent number: 7833567
Abstract: The apparatus forms an electric circuit on a construction member of a machine based on a set of three-dimensional data. The data defines a position and a profile of the construction member, a position of the electric circuit, and a shape of the electric circuit. The electric circuit is used for electrical connection between electric instruments mounted on the machine. The data is associated with a reference coordinate system provided in the machine, and the data includes coordinates of points for determining arrangement of the electric circuit, a distance between any two of the points adjacent to each other, and a cross-sectional area of the electric circuit associated extended between the two points.

  • Patent number: 6222438
Abstract: A temperature fuse which is melted with high operating temperature accuracy at a desired predetermined temperature in the range of 140° C. to 160° C. A fuse element is made of an alloy consisting essentially of 52-100 wt. % indium and the balance tin, and with this construction there can be achieved the temperature fuse which is melted with high operating temperature accuracy at a desired predetermined temperature in the range of 140° C. to 160° C.

  • Patent number: 5427514
Abstract: A magnetic plastic rotor disk manufacturing apparatus, includes an injection device for injecting a magnetic plastic material containing a synthetic resin matrix and a magnetic powder; a mold for molding the magnetic plastic material injected thereinto from the injection device, and a device for generating a magnetic field and magnetizing the magnetic powder in a direction along a diameter of the magnetic plastic rotor disks. The mold includes a three-plate type mold constructed of two retainer plates and a single runner stripper plate. One of the retainer plates is formed with a plurality of pin gates corresponding to the cavities so as to supply the magnetic plastic material through the pin gates into the cavities.

  • Patent number: 5111023
Abstract: To remove pores and lattice defects in gold film plated on a substrate, the gold plating film is irradiated with a first laser beam to bring at least the surface of the film into almost melted condition, and then cooled in air. Further, it is preferable to anneal the melted gold surface by a second laser beam weaker than the first laser beam before air cooling, thus reducing the thickness of the gold film and therefore the material cost of electric contacts, for instance.

  • Patent number: 5066550
Abstract: In an electric contact having a Cu-based layer, a Ni-based layer formed on the Cu-based layer, and a Pd-based layer formed on the Ni-based layer, the Ni-based layer having a thickness of at least 0.8 .mu.m is so formed as to include a noncrystal nickel alloy layer having a thickness of at least 0.08 .mu.m, in order to reduce the thickness of the Pd-based layer down to about 0.08 .mu.m, that is, the cost of the contact without deteriorating the contact durability, as compared with a 0.6 to 2 .mu.m thick prior-art Pd-based layer.

  • Patent number: 4944084
Abstract: A fuse comprising a fuse element made by fixing a low-melting-point metal chip to a high-melting-point metal conductor, in which oxidatoin of the portions of the metal chip that are in contact with the metal conductor is prevented by [either partially fusing or soldered the metal chip to the metal conductor, or by] forming a layer of oxidation resistant material over the metal chip and then partially fusing the metal chip to the metal conductor.
