Patent number: 10711854Abstract: A clutch device includes an input disc, an output disc, and a biasing member configured to press the input disc against the output disc. A rotation load applied to an output shaft separates the input disc from the output disc against biasing force of the biasing member. The input disc and the output disc include opposing surfaces, each of which includes axially disengageable overlapping tooth portions. Recessed and raised portions of each tooth portion are formed continuously in a radial direction and are alternately arranged in a circumferential direction. Each of the curved shapes of the recessed and raised portions is maintained at a respective identical height while a circumferential width thereof continuously expands in a radially outward direction. Also disclosed is a motor unit including the clutch device. The disclosed clutch device reduces, e.g., deformation or damage of a disengageable portion, and therefore, can improve durability.Type: GrantFiled: December 29, 2017Date of Patent: July 14, 2020Assignee: Adamant Namiki Precision Jewel Co., Ltd.Inventors: Norikazu Sato, Yasuyuki Kobayashi, Kinya Odagiri

Patent number: 9618061Abstract: There is provided a clutch mechanism that allows easy downsizing and produces favorable productivity. Output rotator has on the outer circumferential surface thereof cam surfaces and configured to gradually reduce the space from a housing chamber inner circumferential surface toward one side and recesses adjacent to the one side of the cam surfaces. Input rotator has pressure transmission portions that are fitted with circumferential play to the recesses and are protruded from the insides of the recesses in a centrifugal direction. Engagement pieces are disposed in contact with the cam surfaces and the housing chamber inner circumferential surface. When the input rotator rotates toward the other side relative to the one side, the pressure transmission portions abut against the engagement pieces and then abut against circumferential end surfaces in the recesses to press and move the output rotator.Type: GrantFiled: March 1, 2013Date of Patent: April 11, 2017Assignee: NAMIKI SEIMITSU HOUSEKI KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Yasuyuki Kobayashi, Kinya Odagiri

Publication number: 20170032876Abstract: To provide an SmCo-based rare earth sintered magnet having a small diameter and a multipolar magnetized magnetic structure and having a high coercive force and a high magnetization rate. The outer shape of an SmCo-based rare earth sintered magnet having a coercive force HCJ (kOe) at a room temperature (° C.) of 7.5 (kOe)<HCJ?27 (kOe) is formed into any one of a cylindrical shape, a ring-like shape, a columnar shape, and a disk-like shape. Multi-pole magnetization is performed on the SmCo-based rare earth sintered magnet so as to satisfy (diameter D/the number of poles p) (mm)<(4/?) (mm) (p is an even number equal to or greater than 4), and the magnetization rate is set to 80(%) or more.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 14, 2015Publication date: February 2, 2017Applicant: NAMIKI SEIMITSU HOUSEKI KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Motoichi NAKAMURA, Shingo SUZUKI, Kazuya NAKAMURA, Akira SATO, Kouji OKI, Kinya ODAGIRI, Takeshi KOGAWA, Tomoyuki KUGO, Ayumu SUTO

Patent number: 9316288Abstract: Provided is a rotational force transmitting apparatus that can prevent jolting of an output shaft in a circumferential direction caused by jolting in an input-side mechanism in the circumferential direction, has a thin and small structure, and is excellent in productivity. In the rotational force transmitting apparatus, a clutch mechanism 1 and a planetary gear mechanism 2 are axially coupled in a fixing member 10, and a rotational force inputted to a sun gear 62 of the planetary gear mechanism 2 is outputted from an output rotation member 20 of the clutch mechanism 1. On the fixing member 10, a substantially columnar inner-circumferential surface is provided. A housing chamber 11 housing the clutch mechanism 1 is constituted by the inner circumferential surface on one side in an axial direction. An internal gear 2a of the planetary gear mechanism 2 engaging with planetary gears 61 is provided on the other side.Type: GrantFiled: April 24, 2013Date of Patent: April 19, 2016Assignee: Namiki Seimitsu Houseki Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Yasuyuki Kobayashi, Kinya Odagiri
