Abstract: A fluid fitting formed in the manner of a banjo fitting includes a shank having a bore formed therethrough for receiving and passing fluid from a fluid supply and a hoop member attached to the shank and having a fluid port formed therein in fluid communication with the bore. The hoop member defines a hoop body and two opposing hoop edges. The hoop member further includes a first tapered boss defining a first sealing surface and a second tapered boss defining a second sealing surface. A bolt is provided for mounting the fitting to a fluid receiving support structure.
