  • Patent number: 10666791
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for evaluating the quality of a communication session. One of the methods includes identifying, by a communication system, a communication session between one or more users of the communication system, wherein, during the communication session, session data is routed between a first communications device of a first user of the communication system and one or more other communications devices along a communication path; obtaining, from each of a plurality of communication nodes along the communication path, quality data relating to a quality of the communication session at the communication node; generating, using the quality data, a model input to a quality score machine learning model; and providing the model input as input to the quality score machine learning model to generate the estimated quality score for at least the portion of the communication session.

  • Publication number: 20100082808
Abstract: This invention discloses a system and method for automatically delivering relevant Internet content to a browser, the system comprises a webpage embedded with a generic pixel tag stored in a first server, the generic pixel tag being configured to cause a retrieval of at least one predetermined attribute of the webpage from a browser that is viewing the webpage; and a rule engine residing in a second server for determining one or more Internet contents based on the predetermined attribute for being sent to the browser, wherein linkages between the webpage and the one or more Internet contents are not hard coded in the webpage.

  • Publication number: 20080306815
Abstract: Various techniques for placing targeted data in a webpage requested by a user are disclosed. A presentation of the data when the webpage is displayed draws attention from the user. Examples of the data may include, but not be limited to advertisements, various alerts and notifications. In one embodiment, some of the techniques, when properly combined, can provide a mechanism to locate available spaces in a webpage and place targeted advertisements therein by embedding scripts into data packets received from the website being visited. The data packets are modified in a network device deployed at a traffic concentration point along a network, where the network device operates transparently to both the website and the user, regardless there is a need to modify existing data packets or fabricate new data packets.
