Publication number: 20200117780Abstract: A biometric sensor can be integrated into a user device to enable multifactor biometric authentication of a user on the user device. The biometric sensor can comprise at fingerprint scanner and a heartrate detector, the heartrate detector further comprising an optical input device and a light emitting diode (LED). The fingerprint scanner comprises a camera encircling the edge of the biometric sensor and detects and scans the users fingerprint to compare to a stored fingerprint to authenticate the users fingerprint. The heartrate detector can determine a heartrate of the user. Based on the detected heartrate of the user and utilizing a validation profile it can be determined if the user is, for example, a live person, is under duress, or sleeping. If the heartrate data is validated by the user device within certain allowable parameters, and the fingerprint of the user is authenticated, access to the user device is enabled.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 15, 2018Publication date: April 16, 2020Inventors: MOHAMMED MUJEEB KALADGI, KIRAN KUMAR B.S, RUQIYA NIKHAT KALADGI, STEVEN CORNELIS VERSTEEG

Publication number: 20180130035Abstract: A method includes determining whether a transaction request associated with an account would clear the account if the transaction request is processed. The method further comprising determining whether a particular Automated Teller Machine (ATMs) has sufficient resources to service the transaction request. The method further comprising transmitting an instruction reserving a corresponding amount of currency for the transaction request at the particular ATM for a predetermined time frame.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 9, 2016Publication date: May 10, 2018Inventors: Narendra DHULIPALLA, Madhusudhan GANDA, Sumit GUPTA, Ramanuja CHARYULU, Kiran KUMAR B.S., Swapnel SHRIVASTAVA

Publication number: 20180130037Abstract: A method includes determining, in response to receiving a request to initiate a transaction from a user, a set of transaction servicers that are located within a predetermined distance of a current location of the user, wherein each transaction servicer is an account holder. The method further includes determining, for each of the transaction servicers in the set, whether the transaction servicer has enough currency to complete the transaction. The method further includes transmitting identifying information for each transaction servicer that has enough currency to complete the transaction to the user. The method further includes, in response to receiving a confirmation that the transaction has been completed, debiting a cash amount of the transaction from an account of the user at an issuing bank.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 9, 2016Publication date: May 10, 2018Inventors: Narendra DHULIPALLA, Madhusudhan GANDA, Sumit GUPTA, Ramanuja CHARYULU, Kiran KUMAR B.S., Swapnel SHRIVASTAVA

Publication number: 20180132060Abstract: A method includes determining, using a processor, a predicted location of a particular mobile device at a future time based on location information received from the particular mobile device. The method also includes determining, using the processor, a predicted signal strength of the particular mobile device based on a signal catalog and the predicted location of the particular mobile device. The method further includes transmitting, using the processor, the predicted signal strength to the particular mobile device.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 8, 2016Publication date: May 10, 2018Inventors: Narendra DHULIPALLA, Madhusudhan GANDA, Sumit GUPTA, Ramanuja CHARYULU, Kiran KUMAR B.S., Swapnel SHRIVASTAVA

Publication number: 20180132104Abstract: A method includes determining that an operator biometric does not match any of a plurality of biometrics. The method further includes wherein the plurality of biometrics may be based on a user's interaction with a mobile device. The method further includes wherein the operator biometric may be based on an operator's interaction with the mobile device while the mobile device is in an unlocked state. The method further includes wherein the unlocked state may be associated with a set of mobile device features that are enabled. The method further includes, in response to determining that the operator biometric does not match any of the plurality of biometrics, transitioning the mobile device to a locked state that disables one or more mobile device features from the set that is enabled when the mobile device is in the unlocked state.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 9, 2016Publication date: May 10, 2018Inventors: Narendra DHULIPALLA, Madhusudhan GANDA, Sumit GUPTA, Kiran Kumar B.S., Swapnel SHRIVASTAVA, Ramanuja CHARYULU

Publication number: 20170214689Abstract: A method, performed by an authentication processor of a first network device, includes receiving a first message through a network interface circuit from a second network device. The first message contains a first data unit to be operated upon by the first network device. A second message is received through the network interface circuit from the second network device. The second message contains a reported authentication token for the second network device and a second data unit to be operated upon by the first network device. The first message is received before receipt of the second message. A check authentication token is generated based on hashing the first data unit. A command that controls operation of the first network device is selectively performed on the second data unit based on whether the check authentication token matches the reported authentication token.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 21, 2016Publication date: July 27, 2017Applicant: CA, INC.Inventors: JAMEEL AHMED KALADGI, PRAVEEN KUMAR THAKUR, KIRAN KUMAR B.S.
