  • Publication number: 20250144170
Abstract: The present invention provides a silk fibroin-based hydrogel and antibiotic composition consists of 5% silk fibroin embedded with 0.4-2% antibiotic, more specifically, tetracycline or doxycycline, and the antibiotic used to prepare the silk fibroin-based hydrogel is super saturated solution, i.e., 100% concentration of antibiotic in de-ionized water. The invention also provides a method to prepare silk fibroin-based hydrogel and antibiotic composition comprising steps of: preparing 5% silk fibroin solution and maintaining at 16-21° C.; adding saturated antibiotic solution in the silk fibroin solution to form silk fibroin-based hydrogel; stabilizing the hydrogel at 16-21° C.; and lyophilising the stabilized hydrogel at 4-6° C. to form a dry hydrogel silk fibroin matrix with drug embedded in it. Further, the invention provides composition of the drug-silk fibroin-based hydrogel formulation and method for using it for wound healing of tooth extraction socket.

  • Patent number: 12271196
Abstract: One or more information maps are obtained by an agricultural work machine. The one or more information maps map one or more agricultural characteristic values at different geographic locations of a field. An in-situ sensor on the agricultural work machine senses an agricultural characteristic as the agricultural work machine moves through the field. A predictive map generator generates a predictive map that predicts a predictive agricultural characteristic at different locations in the field based on a relationship between the values in the one or more information maps and the agricultural characteristic sensed by the in-situ sensor. The predictive map can be output and used in automated machine control.

  • Publication number: 20250098584
Abstract: An agricultural system includes an in-situ sensor that detects a value of a dynamic response characteristic corresponding to a first geographic location, of a plurality of different geographic locations, in a field, one or more processors, and memory storing instructions executable by the one or more processors. The instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, configure the one or more processors to: obtain an information map that includes values of an agricultural characteristic corresponding to the plurality of different geographic locations in the field, identify a predictive value of the dynamic response characteristic corresponding to a second geographic location in the field based on the value of the dynamic response characteristic corresponding to the first geographic location and a value of the agricultural characteristic corresponding to the first geographic location; and control the agricultural work machine based on the predictive value of the dynamic response characteristic.

  • Patent number: 12245549
Abstract: An agricultural work machine includes a geographic position sensor that detects a geographic location of the agricultural work machine. An in-situ sensor detects a value of a dynamic response characteristic of the agricultural work machine corresponding to the geographic location. A predictive model generator generates a predictive model that models a relationship between the terrain feature characteristic and the dynamic response characteristic based on a value of the terrain feature characteristic in a prior information map at the geographic location and a value of the dynamic response characteristic sensed by the in-situ sensor at the geographic location. A predictive map generator generates a functional predictive dynamic response map of the field, that maps predictive values of the dynamic response characteristic to the different geographic locations in the field, based on the values of the terrain feature characteristic in the prior information map and based on the predictive model.

  • Publication number: 20250053910
Abstract: The disclosure is directed to systems, methods, and computer storage media, for, among other things, employing nested model structures to enforce compliance, within a computational system, to at least one policy. One method includes receiving a digital record that encodes content. A plurality of models (e.g., integrated models and/or model droplets) is employed to analyze the records. The plurality of models is configured and arranged within a nested structure of a hierarchy of models. Each of the plurality of models analyzes at least a portion of the record. Based on the nested structure, the hierarchy combines the analysis from each of the plurality of models to determine that the content violates a policy of a system. In response to determining that the content violates the policy, at least one mitigation (or intervention) action are performed. The at least one mitigation action may alter subsequent transmissions of the record.

  • Patent number: 12197486
Abstract: The technology described herein determines whether a candidate text is in a requested class by using a generative model that may not be trained on the requested class. The present technology may use of a model trained primarily in an unsupervised mode, without requiring a large number of manual user-input examples of a label class. The may produce a semantically rich positive example of label text from a candidate text and label. Likewise, the technology may produce from the candidate text and the label a semantically rich negative example of label text. The labeling service makes use of a generative model to produce a generative result, which estimates the likelihood that the label properly applies to the candidate text. In another aspect, the technology is directed toward a method for obtaining a semantically rich example that is similar to a candidate text.

  • Publication number: 20240396201
Abstract: A mounting bracket for an antenna includes clamp jaws that are adapted to be arranged around a monopole and are adjustably couplable with each other to clamp the monopole. Each clamp jaw comprises a first plate, a second plate, and a backplate that couples the first plate to the second plate and defines holes therein. The mounting bracket further comprises at least two mounting fasteners, and each mounting fastener is adapted to extend through corresponding holes of the adjacent clamp jaws and is configured to be tightened or loosened to move the clamp jaws toward or away from each other, respectively. The mounting bracket furthermore comprises adaptor bodies having a first plate and a second plate. The first plate defines first apertures therein and is couplable to a corresponding clamp jaw via fasteners inserted through the first apertures in the first plate.
