  • Patent number: 9089803
Abstract: A separator for separating solid particles from a vapor-gas mixture includes a dust chamber with a main body having an inlet for a vapor-gas mixture containing semi-coke particles and an outlet chute in a bottom of the main body for removal of semi-coke particles. The main body is covered with an external insulation. The separator also includes a cyclone, wherein an upper part of the main body is connected to an inlet of the cyclone for removal of fine semi-coke particles from the vapor-gas mixture. A screw conveyor unit is connected to a bottom part of the main body.

Date of Patent: July 28, 2015
    Assignee: ENEFIT OUTOTEC TECHNOLOGY OUE
Inventors: Michael Stroeder, Christopher Wendtland, Bernd Roos, Aleksandr Kaidalov, Kirill Kaidalov
  • Patent number: 9034076
Abstract: A process for winning oil from a vapor gas mixture (VGM) containing a plurality of oil fractions obtained by the pyrolysis of a hydrocarbon containing material includes dedusting and cooling the VGM. The dedusted and cooled VGM are fractionated in at least two electrostatic precipitator stages at respective temperatures corresponding to respective boiling points of the oil fractions so as to separate the oil fractions.
