    Abstract: An adjustment device for removably coupling a seatback to a seat. The adjustment device can include a first adjuster and/or a second adjuster for adjusting respective linear and angular positions of the seatback relative to the seat. The first adjuster can include a first linear actuator, a main body and a sliding bed. The second adjuster can include a second linear actuator, a sliding bed and an angle plate pivotably coupled to the sliding bed. The first and second linear actuators can each include a cylindrical worm. The first adjuster and the second adjuster can be independently actuatable to change the position of the seatback relative to the seat.

The invention further relates to a clip that detachably couples to earbud-style earphones for a universal fit.

    Abstract: A dispenser for a safety throw rope is made from a rigid hollow body that defines a cavity having a bung hole at one end and a looped hollow handle portion at another end spaced from the bung hole. A length of rope is received in the cavity and is coupled to a closure assembly for closing the bung hole. The other end of the rope is looped around the handle portion inside the cavity and coupled to the handle portion so that the body may be thrown and the rope will pay out of the bung hole in a rescue situation.

    Abstract: A whistle has a mouthpiece which is cushioned to minimize damage to the whistle and improve the comfort and safety of a user. The cushioning material is preferably injection moulded into a sleeve which locates between ridges integrally moulded with the whistle body. The body also has a plurality of projections for mating with the cushioning material. A web in an air inlet passage strengthens the mouthpiece to prevent collapse or fracture of the mouthpiece.
