Abstract: This invention provides chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) biomarker panels for use in diagnostic and risk assignment methods. More particularly, the invention relates to particular combinations of biomarkers for diagnosing cGVHD and for predicting whether there is a low, intermediate or high risk of developing cGVHD. Furthermore, there are provided different treatment options depending on a patient's risk level or whether they have moderate to severe cGVHD.
