Abstract: An apparatus for providing an information model-based user interface may include a processor. The processor may be configured to access, for a particular object associated with a first application, relationship data defining one or more related objects associated with the particular object on the basis of metadata, provide for a presentation of the one or more related objects, and, in response to selection of one of the related objects, enable presentation of the selected related object via execution of an application associated with the selected related object if the application is different than the first application. A corresponding computer program product, method, and user interface are also provided.

Abstract: An approach is provided for conducting transactions via an audio token base payment system. An audio payment manager receives a request, at a device, for payment to a merchant, the request including a password. In response, the audio payment manager retrieves a personal identification number from a user of the device, an identifier associated with the user, a session code, or a combination thereof. The audio payment manager then generates an audio token at the device based, at least in part, on the password, the personal identification number, the identifier associated with the user, the session code, or the combination thereof, and causes, at least in part, conveyance of the audio token to the merchant to initiate the payment.

A user may specify one or more data types for which multi-SIM automatic synchronization should be performed, which may include incoming calls, sent text messages, and the like. Information about an answered incoming call may be sent from a first mobile device to at least one additional mobile device so that the at least one mobile device may update at least one call log and may remove at least one notification for the call accordingly. When multi-SIM automatic synchronization is performed for sent text messages, the first mobile device may send a copy of the sent text message to the at least one additional mobile device so that the received copy may be stored in the sent messages folder of the at least one additional mobile device.

The processing element may be configured to extract metadata associated with an object, form, based on a predefined rule set and in response to an event, an associative relationship between the object and at least one other object associated with a same application as the object or a different application than the object based on the extracted metadata, and perform a function based on the associative relationship.
